The nursing staff during my recent stay in Billericay ward were absolutly marvellous they are dedicated and hard working nothing was to much trouble.

From diagnosis to my operation ALL the staff from reception, admin nurses and consultants were excellent. The hospital was always clean and tidy

I have visited Broomfield Hospital many times and have always been treated with the utmost care and respectfulness. When I have had to stay overnight I have been impressed with how well everybody cared for me and the way the hospital was run. True it is very busy but there are many people to treat. I have visited A & E a few times as well and again, despite the obvious constraints on the staff's time, I have always been respectfully spoken to and dealt with efficiently. I have had all manner of tests and due to this I feel that the staff were very thorough with me.

I have had nothing but brilliant treatment at Broomfield although under the breast unit I have been seen by several other departments including phlebotomy, nuclear medicine, radiology, daycare operating suite......all have been excellent professional informative and kind

All the staff in the breast care unit have been very kind and reassuring. All the nurses have made a point of telling me their names and telephoned both the day and week after surgery to make sure I was progressing well.
On the day of the operation someone kindly walked me to the Day surgery Unit. The staff on the unit looked after me well but I must thank in particular the anaesthetist's assistant who took my arm to walk me to the operating theatre as I could not see without my glasses!
I cannot fault the care, attention and kindness that everyone has shown me at this time.
